Being produced in just 288 numbered pieces worldwide, the Visconti Homo Sapiens Ember features a unique body composed of meshed carbon fiber and copper wire. Each pen is then equipped with your choice of 18k rose gold nib unit, also produced in house at Visconti's workshop in Florence.
Our complimentary nib tuning helps ensure that your Visconti fountain pen will have writing qualities equal to its distinctive appearance. Visconti 18k nibs also provide an excellent starting point for many of our exclusive nib customizations - choose broader tipping sizes for the best results with such popular modifications as Cursive Italic, Left Oblique, and Architects Point.
