Sailor introduces a new look in its popular Slim Mini model with the new Rencontre series. The marbled design will be unique to each pen - no two will ever be exactly alike. Each pen is provided standard with a 14k solid gold nib in Medium Fine, but we can provide other tipping sizes by special request.
Featuring gold ion trim and a pressure post cap posting method, these pens showcase the versatility of the Slim Mini design - when capped, the Slim Mini is just 4.2 inches in length, easy to fit in a shirt pocket or purse. However, when posted, the pen's length expands to 5.3 inches, comparable to many mid and full-size pens.
The special Sailor Mini Converter allows this pen to fill using any bottled fountain pen ink, and the Slim Mini can also use any of Sailor's disposable ink cartridges, now available in over thirty different nuanced hues. This is a pen that truly has something for every user.
