Sailor King of Pen Tamenuri Shirodame Limited Edition
The third in a series of special limited editions, the Sailor King of Pen Tamenuri Shirodame has been produced in just 88 numbered pieces worldwide. We have been able to secure just a very small number of these ebonite body pens for our customers, after which no more will be available. Limit of one pen per customer.
Our complimentary nib tuning adjusts pressure and ink flow to your personal preferences. Sailor 21k nibs also make excellent starting points for many our exclusive nib customizations. We are an authorized Sailor dealer.
The third in a series of special Tamenuri limited editions and part of Sailor's exclusive Bespoke Collection, the King of Pen Tamenuri Shirodame serves a showcase for this time-intensive layered urushi lacquer finish - urushi fans who miss Nakaya's version of this finish will be delighted to find it here. Each pen has been hand-turned from natural ebonite hard rubber. Artist Koushu Nishihara hand paints his signature in kanji as well as the limited edition number on each pen.
The King of Pen Tamenuri Shirodame can fill with any bottled fountain pen ink when fitted with the provided converter, and can also use convenient Sailor brand disposable ink cartridges. Each pen ships in a special presentation box, adding to its value and collectibility.
