The Namiki Nippon Art Dragon with Cumulus has been created in Hira Maki-e technique by members of the Kokkokai artisan group and is provided with your choice of #10 solid gold 14k nib.

This stunning Nippon Art Series fountain pen portrays the dragon emerging from a roiling cumulus cloud. The combination of cumulus clouds with the dragon represents power and good fortune.

A very fine gold band secures the bottom of the cap lip, making the pen's most vulnerable spot strong. This is accomplished with such subtlety that one hardly notices it.

Gold and other metallic powers are applied to create the shapes and colors of this design - the resulting low relief creates a motif that can be felt as well as seen.

The artist's kanji signature.

Nippon Art pens are supplied with the larger size CON-70 converter, giving these pens an ink capacity rivaling that of many piston-fillers.

The Namiki #10 solid gold 14k nib is inscribed with the silhouette of Mt. Fuji as well as the Namiki pentagon logo.

Namiki 14k gold nibs are well-suited to customizations including Stub, Cursive Italic, or Left Oblique, as well as the modification for added flex.

The Namiki Nippon Art Dragon and Cumulus fountain pen arrives in a traditional softwood gift box along with outer box and papers.
