Nakaya Piccolo Writer Kuro-roiro
The name Piccolo comes from the smallest of the woodwind instruments, and in true form the Nakaya Piccolo Writer Kuro-roiro fountain pen is one of the shortest of the Nakaya urushi pens. Coated in many layers of urushi resin, this pen is a lustrous deep black. A gold clip on the Piccolo Writer model adds an element of elegance and practicality.
The Nakaya Piccolo Writer Kuro-roiro fountain pen is handcrafted from ebonite and Urushi lacquer, and comes standard with your choice of solid gold 14k single-tone nib in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad,or Extra Broad, with Fine Soft, Medium Soft, and Super Extra Fine nibs also available.


The Nakaya Piccolo Writer can be filled with bottled fountain pen ink using the provided converter. Nakaya pens can also use Platinum brand high quality ink cartridges. Hand-painted Maki-e converters are also available.
