The eighth pen in Aurora's Stellar Collection of astronomically-inspired limited editions, the 888 Giove has been produced in only 888 numbered pieces worldwide, with less than one hundred allocated to the North American market. We have just a small number of these pens now in stock and available for immediate shipment. We are an authorized Aurora dealer.
Aurora renders homage to Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system, with this eighth pen in the highly popular Stellar series of limited editions. The multi-color cap and barrel is realized in Auroloide, Aurora's proprietary cellulose acetate derivative, and is inspired by the swirling clouds of gas in Jupiter's upper atmosphere.
The large capacity piston-fill system allows the use of any bottled fountain pen ink. Each pen is individually hand assembled at the Aurora factory in Turin, and ships in a special presentation box which adds to its collectibility.
