The sheepskin leather is highly textured, adding a tactile dimension to the writing experience. Gold trim on the clip and bands lends warmth to this excellent everyday writer. Although the blue is on the dark side and almost appears closer to black, it adds a distinctive characteristic to this pen when viewed in the light.
