This is the second book in the series, goes into greater depth and augments the first, "Fountain Pens and Pencils". At 260 pages and 9" by 12", it also includes more rare pens. Published by Schiffer Publishing Ltd. in 1992. As it deals primarily with vintage pens and pencils the date of publication is not such a big issue.
A section of full color advertising brings home the eras when these pens were made.
