If your tracking number says the package has been delivered but you weren't home at the time and still don't have it, please take a look around.  Often the delivery driver has hidden the package near your door.

Still can't find it? Please let us know as soon as possible as we send all our packages fully insured. We do have to wait 30 days before making a claim and it must be made within 60 days. Once the claim is approved, usually within six weeks, we can replace the item(s) or provide you a refund.

Unfortunately, after 60 days there is nothing we can do.
