Return & Exchange Policy
 
Pen Sales:

If you would like to send the pen back in for refund, please call 323-655-2641 or email info@nibs.com. Please send the item back within thirty days of receipt, in its original condition, for a refund. You will be refunded the total purchase price, minus shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee in certain circumstances. We cannot offer refunds, however, on any customization work done to the nib.

If you would like to send the pen back in for exchange, please call 323-655-2641 or email info@nibs.com. For a full credit toward an exchange the item must be returned unused, in mint condition, and in its original packaging. Used pens sent in for exchange will be offered a credit based on their condition and the fact that we will have to sell the pen as "pre-owned". We cannot offer a full credit on any pens that have customized nibs.

 
Repairs/Customizations:

If you are unhappy with the way your pen/nib writes after a repair, or customization, please contact us either by phone at 323-655-2641 or via email info@nibs.com. We will do our best to make it write (right) for you at either no cost or half-price, depending on the circumstances, and on a rush basis for no additional fee.

We guarantee our work up to year of the repair/customization. After one year we will charge full price for the work and the appropriate fee for a request to rush the service.

We cannot offer refunds on repair or customization work.
