We want you to be happy with any pen you purchase from Classic Fountain Pens. Sometimes what you ordered isn’t the right fit. Exchanges and refunds are done within the first 30 days of the purchase. Let us know as soon as possible by calling us at 323-655-2641 or by email to email@example.com that you would like to send the pen back. We need to receive the pen and the presentation box in their original condition. All returns will be processed once the item has been inspected here.
We will exchange the full purchase price of an item for store credit to be used either for merchandise or repair work. If you prefer a refund to your credit card there is a 20% restocking fee.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customization work, only the purchase price of the pen.
Our goal is for you to be happy with the work we have done. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a repair or customization, please let us know as soon as possible by calling us at 323-655-2641 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you advise us in the first 30 days of the purchase we will make adjustments, usually at no cost to you or for just the shipping fees, if we have not met your expectation as confirmed on the invoice. This work is always done as a rush at no additional charge to you.
Beyond this time frame, some fees may apply. This will be determined once the pen has arrived and we have the opportunity to diagnose the issue.
We do not offer refunds on repairs or customization work.
