We are both a discount
fountain pen, ink, and book retailer, as well as a pen
repair and nib customization shop. We ship within the

NOTE:
Although we are an authorized Pelikan fountain pen dealer, Pelikan's official repair facility is CHARTPAK.We
do customizations and repairs on their fountain pen
nibs only. We do not do repairs on Pelikan ballpoints,
rollerballs, or pencils.
Pen/nib sale orders,
with or without customization, usually ship within 1
-2 days. US Customers have the choice of UPS Next
Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Ground, as well as Postal
Priority and Air Mail (not recommended for pens). We
offer UPS Worldship, UPS Standard (to Canada), Global
Express, Global Priority, and regular Air Mail service
to our international customers. California residents,
and shipping addresses within the State of California,
are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
As it's been very busy
for John as of late, our queue for repair orders is running
about 6 months out. We can expedite your
order, which turns the work around in 1-2 weeks from
the time it arrives in the shop. This RUSH ORDER option is available
for 100% of the cost.

| We never charge your card until after
the work’s been done and we’re ready to
send the pen home. |

| We do accept PayPal. Our PayPal address
is: paypal@nibs.com. Please do not submit your payment
upon receipt of the invoice. Please first approve the
invoice with us. We ask for payment when the order is
ready to ship. We will be in touch via email or telephone
to let you know when it is ready to come home to you.
