Please do not attempt to submit this form electronically. Please mail it, with your pen/nib(s), to: CFP Inc., 717 N. Highland Ave., #27, Los Angeles, CA, 90038 Want to just drop off your pen?: We do all our work via mail order only; we do not have an open shop. As much as we enjoy meeting our customers at pen shows, please do not come to our street address hoping to show us your pens or drop them off for work. Unsolicited Work: Please give us a call before sending in your pen/nib. If you send work in for repair/customization without contacting us first and we either cannot work on your pen/nib, or you do not wish to proceed with the work, we will still have to charge you a $20 pen charge as well as return shipping. No exceptions. Sending us your pen/nib from outside the US?: If you are sending your pens or nibs from outside the country, please identify the contents "FOR TEMPORARY IMPORT ONLY" and state that there are no toxic substances inside the package, on the waybill/customs form. We will not accept packages that require us to pay duties and import fees. Lots of nibs to send, can't decide which one?: We can no longer accommodate the request to add work items to an open non-rush/rush folder. Please send all the items you wish worked on at the same time. We hope this helps you decide. Don't know exactly what needs to be done to your nib?: That's ok, we'll figure that out for you. NON-RUSH REPAIR/CUSTOMIZATION TURNAROUND: We currently have an
8 month backlog for non-rush repairs and customization. Sorry for the wait.

RUSH SEVICE: If you would like to have your nib returned sooner, we do offer a "rush" repair/customization service. This service usually has the work completed within 7-10 working days from the approved invoice and doubles the cost of the repair/customization work. Please see instructions near the end of the form to rush this order.

Please provide a writing sample with a pen you enjoy writing with. We only need a few words. Please tell us which hand you write with, if you use light, medium or heavy pressure and if you prefer light, medium or heavy ink flow. We compensate for these characteristics and preferences.
