Nakaya's Portable Writer in Matte Black is hand-crafted from ebonite hard rubber and then sent to the Wajima region in western Japan for finishing with a thin layer of clear urushi lacquer. With its even surface and classic shape, this cartridge-converter fountain pen is both a tactile and visual delight. The non-reflective finish lends an understated authority to this practical everyday writer.
The Portable Writer in Matte Black is a full-sized pen that will fit comfortably in most hands. The matte surface extends to the slightly tapered section, making for a unique writing experience.
