This pen illustrate the ability of the artist to exploit the shape of the pen in the design. The static pictures seen here cannot reveal the sense of movement as the eel wraps itself around the cap. They must be experienced in the round to be fully appreciated.

Moray eels are known as dangerous creatures, with sharp teeth to seize and hold their prey. Gold dust is used to illustrate the natural bright markings of the Moray eel.

Because the 21K nib on the Creature of the Deep edition pens are the same size nib as the 1911 series nib, we can offer it in the complete Sailor range: Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Music and Zoom. We also offer the Sailor specialty nibs for this series.
