Pelikan Renjishi Limited Edition
The motif on this Renjishi Pelikan pen depicts a scene from Kabuki theater. The tension in the play builds as the parent Shishi (lion) tests the cub lions by pushing them down into the bottomless valley with the intension of raising only those cubs that are able to survive and come back up.

The Pelikan logo on the crown of the Renjishi has been specially painted for this edition. The limited edition number and the artist’s signature are drawn by hand using the Maki-e technique. This pen has been made in only 88 pieces worldwide, an extremely small number for Pelikan.
Each fountain pen is encased in a beautiful traditional Japanese paulownia wood presentation box.
