Silver Cap and Blind Cap |

| As of the Fall of 2004 the
M400 Series adds a new silver trim pen. Unlike the earlier M430,
which has a gold clip and trim pieces and a black twist knob,
the only part of this pen which shows gold is the two tone nib.
At almost 4 7/8" long, capped, this pen is the same size
as all other M400s. |

The Sterling cap of this pen is beautifully engraved with lines and the words "Pelikan Souverän" and "Germany". |

shows a silver crown on the cap with the Pelikan logo engraved
into the silver. This pen has a black crown above the clip and
the Pelikan logo embedded right into the material in white with
silver flecks. |
