Pelikan The Hanging Gardens of Babylon LE
This is the fifth in the series of seven wonders of the world. It is limited to only 410 pens worldwide, a very small edition.
Dating from the fourth century BC, the Hanging Gardens were constructed by Nebuchadnezzar II as terraced roof gardens in Babylon. Contemporaries documented the history of this structure and gardens in cuneiform script, making it one of the oldest documents and offering us an understanding, not only of the building, but of the language as it was recorded. Thus the relationship with pens.

The cap represents the towers cloaked in vines and foliage. The side facing the clip is rounded, the other two sides are faceted and show stacks of colonnades.

The traditional Pelikan logo adorns the top.

The clip is inlaid with the same green enamel as the barrel color.

Each nib is hand crafted and set at Pelikan and checked again here before shipping. The imprint is unique to this pen and comes as a Medium only.
