OMAS Lucens Fountain Pen
Lucens Blue

Based on the OMAS Lucens of the 1930's, this pen is for those who appreciate simplicity and style.

The OMAS Lucens fountain pen is distinguished from the Extra Lucens by its smooth cylindrical barrel and non-faceted ends.

The blue color alternates with transparent portions of the barrel, which partially reveal both the amount of ink that is in the barrel and the piston mechanism. When full of ink it looks more like the color of the cap.
Note the traditional OMAS roller ball clip and three gold cap bands. This is an elegant pen, unencumbered with extraneous design elements.

The Blue Lucens fountain pen comes with a 18k single tone nib. It is part of a Limited Edition of 1000 pieces.

Lucens Black
Identical in size, shape, weight, and capacity to the Blue Lucens above, this fountain pen is made from the same resin as the Black Extra Lucens.
Although this is called the OMAS Lucens Black, it is hardly black. In fact it shows a warm creamy brown, as well as semi-transparent areas in the barrel. When the barrel is filled with ink, the ink reservoir appears black as well. The rhodium trim on this pen matches the rhodium mask on the inside of the nib, unlike all the other nibs on the Paragon sized pens.
Although the dark areas are non-reflective, the warm sienna tones are filled with iridescence, which changes in intensity as the pen is rotated.

The Black Lucens comes with a rhodium plated 18k gold nib. We have very limited choices on the nib, as it is not the standard imprint. (We can provide an additional Paragon nib, if customization is desired.) It is available in a Limited Edition of 1000 pieces.
