Harmonia Mundi
Released in 2004, the Harmonia Mundi is a limited edition of 950 pieces. The body of the pen is made of titanium, a material frequently used in munitions, but in this case turned to the purpose of a writing implement. The inscription says the words " peace and harmony" in many different languages.
The body of the pen is surrounded by a clear Lucite sheath, screwed to the titanium. It is an interesting combination of protective materials and attachments.
Sprung from the center of the top, the clip will have a firm grasp on any shirt pocket even including thick corduroy.
The pen itself weighs 67 grams, dry, is 142 mm long, and 16.9 mm in diameter. This is a large pen but still manageable. We do not recommend posting the cap.

The Harmonia Mundi comes with a unique 18K nib, inscribed with the words "harmony" in many different languages. Available in Fine Medium and Broad, OMAS calls this a flexible nib. We see it as moderately flexible.

The presentation box itself weighs 4 lbs. 12 oz. The shipping weight will be around 6 lbs.
The presentation box is clear acrylic cleverly hinged, with receding platform for the pen set in the middle. The pen is shipped in two boxes, one for the pen itself and a second for the Lucite container.

Retail Price: $2,950.

The Harmonia Mundi is also available is White gold. This is a smaller edition of 50 pieces and the retail price for it is $14,500.
