In
keeping with its trend toward clean and simple lines OMAS has redesigned the Bologna
series. | ||

The black and gold is a stunning example
of a profoundly subtle celluloid material. Veins of iridescent gold run deep through
the semi-transparent black base color. | ||
 | ||
The shape of this pen, closed is smooth
and tapered, with just the right amount of "belly" to the curves. Notice
how both the cap and barrel "turn" at about 1/3 the distance from the
band. This gives the shape just the right balance. | ||

| Like the Sheaffer's white dot and the Montblanc star, both dating back to the 1920's, the "O" is OMAS signature logo. | ||
This pen comes with the
"Colonnade" nib in solid 14K gold. Even though this nib is somewhat
flexible now, we can customize this nib for even greater flexibility. This pen
is available from us in Fine and Medium nibs. | ||
