Omas Bibliotheque Nationale
The National Library of France and OMAS, the world renown Italian manufacturer of prestigious writing instruments, have joined forces to create the "National Library" fountain pen dedicated to "preserving the memory of the future".
This Milord (1996) size fountain pen and rollerball echos the fundametnal concepts and basic elements of the Library. The ivory color symbolizes the spendid parchment manuscripts and the beautiful ivory and gold pen holders designed in the 1920's.

The pen's unique box reproduces elements of Marcel Proust's folders. The figure on the box is similar to the ones which decorated the fabric covers of the folders Marcel Proust used to write his impressions and notes for the famous novel, "Searching for Lost Time".
This pen comes with an single-tone 18K Broad Calligraphic nib.

We have acquired this Fountain pen above and a Rollerball seen below pre-owned, MINT in box with all papers.

Our price for Fountain pen: $450.00 - SOLD
Our price for Rollerball: $169.00
