| OMAS celebrates its 85th year in pen production with this literally multifaceted fountain pen. The company began production in Bologna in 1925 and continues to make fine and innovative pens. | ||

| Sterling Silver, titanium, ebony wood, celluloid, and cotton resin make up this unusual offering. Except for gold and silver, these are the traditional finishes of all their pens. | ||

| Special engraving on the 18K gold nib, the Greek Key motif on the titanium section, and the OMAS name on titanium clip, seen above, identify this pen as all OMAS. The numeration, ___/850, is also engraved on the gripping section. | ||

| This is not, however, the usual 10-sided OMAS; it has 12 sides. Because it is a big fountain pen, the facet size is approximately the size of the facets on the old style Paragon. This gives it a very interesting feel in the hand. | ||
