Our Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied
with the nib we have provided, you may send it back, in its original condition,
for a refund within thirty days of receipt. We cannot refund for credit card service
charges (usually 3% on purchase plus 4% on refund), shipping, and customization
work. In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking
fee for returns. If you are not happy with our repair work, we will make it write
(right) for you.
