Nakaya Neo Standard
Kuro-tamenuri (Black-Red)
|
|
| The Kuro-tamenuri as it is seen on the Neo Standard is very close to black. However, under good light conditions, the red under painted lacquer is can be seen where the dark color "breaks" on the edges. See the cap top detail below. As time goes by, the red color becomes more prominent. These pens are intended to age well and become more colorful as the years goes by. |
. |
| Notice the long tapered tale of the barrel. The is a subtle and considered shape that is hand crafted from solid hard rubber. It fits perfectly at the back of the hand and into the web between thumb and first finger. There is no need to post this cap. |
