We're here from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, and you can also feel free to leave your order information on our voice mail system when no one is available to take your call. We will always e-mail an invoice for your final approval before any payments are processed - see our Ordering Information page for all the information you will need to provide.

You can also e-mail your orders to us at sales@nibs.com. This is a particularly quick and easy method if you have ordered from us in the past and we already have all or most of your information on file. As with phone orders, we will always e-mail an invoice for your approval before any payments are charged.

Here at Classic Fountain Pens, we think of choosing a fountain pen as being something closer to ordering a meal in a fine restaurant than to your usual retail experience.
