The Kuro Tamenuri
Nakaya Decapod is the pen that convinced me that we needed

This Sailor
Sapporo is so pretty. Really a great color. Not deep enough
to be purple, not light enough to be lavender. Ah… just
right! And you can’t go wrong with a
Sailor nib. |

I love the Nakaya Long Cigar model in Aka-Tamenuri for its deep rich color. It has a great balance and tactile feel. You don't have to post the cap to get the great balance. Mine has a custom cursive italic nib made from a single-tone double-broad size. |

I love this Nakaya Portable Cigar Heki-tamenuri! The elegant shape complements the finish and makes this pen a pure beauty. I love the medium soft nib with added flex. Along with a bit of John's magic to make it buttery smooth it keeps up with my fast writing. I am in heaven. |

I like the simple elegance of the rhodium and black on the Sailor 1911. The broad nib is very smooth and writes very nicely. This is one of the best pens I've used in the shop. |

I prefer the Namiki Falcon black resin because I am a man of the people. I believe even members of the working class should be able to afford a quality fountain pen. Its soft flexible nib allows you to eschew authoritarian notions of conformity and gives your writing the line-width variation it deserves. |
