Winter White Fountain Pen |
|
The David Oscarson Winter Collection is available
in four different colors. This is the white e-mail on white
metal giving the strongest impression of ice crystals. The other
colors are black, grey and blue. |
|
Our images show the white as much bluer than
it is. The color reads as snow white in the hand. |
 |
Regular lines are seen in the Silver
section (to the left) and under the enamel, which appears
as a transparent layer. The branching structure of the
silver is repeated at a smaller scale in the engraved
pattern under the enamel. One gets the feeling of a
fractal repetitions from this motif. |
|
|
The frozen silver bare branches brake the
vertical movement throughout the barrel as does the pattern
of cracked ice. |

This pen is packaged in beautifully finished appropriate
sized mahogany presentation box. The inside is black
velour. When you lift the tab on the platform, an inner
chamber is revealed. It holds extra cartridges, an extra
converter and an eyedropper. The eyedropper is provided
so that the entire barrel of the pen can be filled with
ink, making this pen one of the largest capacity pens
on the market today. This volume of ink might last for
weeks of writing.
All of David Oscarson's pens are available with 18K
F, M and B nibs. We are happy to modify or customize
the nib to your particular pleasure.
