Brian G. Segal is a graphic designer and freelance cartoonist living in Nova Scotia. He sent us his most recent contribution to the political scene from his comic strip "Eb 'n Flo". The basic drawing was done in Pelican Font India drawing Ink with his favorite customized nib: a superflex Waterman's No.2 installed in a Pelikan M400 pen. The line drawing was then then scanned, converted to vectors and colored. The panel is, of course, copyrighted by Brian and all rights are reserved by him.
