This fountain pen was created with Ray Cover,
an artist and master engraver. Mr. Cover is known for his fine
engraving on knives and guns as well as fishing rods and reels
|

|
This is the Vermeil over wood grain ebonite
(hard rubber) with a 10K solid white gold clip on the cap. The
clip has been electroplated in 23 carat gold to match the vermeil.
Vermeil has been used on fountain pens for about a century and
is the name given to gold over sterling silver.

This is truly a bench made pen - the work
of a true artist and master engraver. This is the real stuff.

Each pen is 51/4" long with the cap
on. The barrel is 4 1/4" long not including the nib, and
3/8" wide. The section is 1/4" long. The whole pen
weighs 27 grams
|

|

|
This is a piston filling fountain pen that
requires a bottle of ink in order to fill. It is filled by twisting
the blind cap on the end of the barrel.

Each pen comes in a custom wooden box, hand crafted by wood worker, Wally Becker. The material and finishes of the boxes have been selected to complement the finishes of each pen. Click here for his web site. The American Artist Series #1 pen has already sold out. We
