The sketch pencil comes with a black cotton adjustable length necklace so it can be worn around the neck. The ring detaches so that it is handy without removing the necklace. This "golf" pencil is only 3 inches long from the end of the ring to the tip (without extending the lead) and weighs 11.3 grams.
