Together they have begun a new company, Atelier Simoni, and are producing a line of remarkable pens. One of the very first is this titanium model. Light weight, elegant color, and a simple form establish this pen as another remarkable achievement in Italian design.

This pen is equipped with a safety ink shut-off. When the pen is closed, the cap depresses two buttons on the side of the section. This forces closed a valve that limits the supply of ink to the feed and nib. Notice the two buttons on the side of the gripping section in the picture above.
